Bread Board Power Supply
This is a nice little nifty circuit that has a power jack, 7805 regulator ,two capacitors and connector. It send the input power to upper rails and 5v to lower rails, really cleans up the mess of wires and its easy to debug the circuit that I’m working on.
UPDATE:
I made a new version of this that has a pot to give variable supply on one rail and fixed input voltage on other, it uses LM317 regulator. The circuit is taken from the data sheet
